"Endometriosis - A Holistic Healing Guide"

My name is Tammy Lorraine Majchrzak. For years I had been interested in Yoga, tried it out for a back problem and within weeks it took the pain away. I then went on to find out where I could take a recognised training qualification so I signed up for the Kevala's Yoga Teacher Distant Learning course. It was a joy to do and the staff were most supportive. I passed with
distinction in May 2001, at a time which was most difficult for me as in the same week my dear father passed away.

After passing the course it opened many doors for me. My interest in alternative therapies grew and I went on to teach yoga in 3 sports centres in Leeds and also doing one on one training. I have since written a book about Yoga for women's health and how Yoga and other alternative therapies have helped me live with Endometriosis.

I am now pain free from the symptoms of Endometriosis and my book has now been published. The book entitled "Endometriosis - A Holistic Healing Guide" - shows yoga postures and routines, coupled with Pranayama (Breathing techniques, Chakra meditation etc, guided visualisations and meditations and outlines other alternatives therapies that have helped me with PMS and
other associated symptoms.)

It is a book for all women and I hope you find it of interest. Yoga opened many doors for me, but I believe it spurred me on to where I am now. An enlightened being, enjoying life, living it to the full and hoping that my book with enlighten others into how alternatives can be the other route to finding spiritual, mental and physical well-being.
