Aromatherapy Diploma Course (with optional Aromatherapy & Allied Practitioners’ Association accreditation)
Course Tutors: Carole Preen,
“It is very exciting that you are providing the first distance learning course (in the world) which meets the National Occupational Standards and the Aromatherapy Council standards and that we are able to promote it.”- Joyce West Chair, Aromatherapy & Allied Practitioners’ Association. The first part of our exclusively-written two-stage programme is the theory element studied at home, which covers the requirements of the Aromatherapy core curriculum and includes a specially filmed DVD which takes you through the practical elements.
To qualify for a listing on the voluntary Aromatherapy Register which allows you to call yourself a ‘Registered Aromatherapist’, you will need to complete the second section of attending 6 weekend workshops, which can be simultaneous with your theoretical studies or taken at a flexible pace.
The course has been specially written for us by leading practitioner and writer Carole Preen and in its entirety (both parts) is accredited by the Aromatherapy & Allied Practitioners’ Association (AAPA), which you will be invited to join should you complete all the required elements of this course and become a qualified aromatherapist at the agreed national level. This course has been benchmarked to the National Occupational Standards and complies with the Regulatory Body’s Core Curriculum.
Our unique approach allows you to choose how far you want to take and use your qualifications and is ideal for students who start studying Aromatherapy out of interest and then wish to take their studies further.
