Sarah Mathews - Yoga Teacher and Sports Therapist
'The human body interests me greatly, I gain immense enthusiasm in working with our physical structures. My teachings are greatly emphasised by awareness and precision. I believe in safe practice and allowing the individual to discover their own limitations under the correct guidance. All of my studies influence my teaching, aspects are taken from the different systems and merged together into one flowing practice.
I believe yoga is there for all, to be accessible to everyone. Currently I hold classes for adults and children alike.'
