Louise Woods

Louise first became interested in the holistic approach 16 years ago when she started doing yoga. After discovering crystals she was so fascinated that she decided to study them and went on to qualify as a Crystal Therapist in 2000. Following a stressful period in her career as a Software Engineer she decided to pursue her passion and study more therapies. Her further studies gained her qualifications in EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Reiki and Indian Head Massage. Louise runs her own therapy practice and is very passionate about all holistic therapies as she has personally benefitted so much from them.
